David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, a multi-award winning singer and entertainer, has responded to Asake's historic and amazing achievement of playing to a sold-out crowd at London's renowned O2 Arena.
On Monday, August 22, 2023, Davido shared his opinions on the singer's flawless live performance of the popular song No Competition from his fourth studio album, Timeless, which came out earlier this year on March 30, 2023, on his social media platforms.
In a video he released on his Instagram story showing the singer serenading the listeners to their first joint effort, No Competition, Davido referred to the artist as an icon.
After it was confirmed in a formal report that the event was sold out a few days before to the show itself, Asake joined David, Wizkid, and Burna Boy as the only Nigerian acts to sell out the legendary stadium.
For his London visit on the Timeless tour, Davido is also anticipated to give a repeat performance at the O2 Arena.
